About the role

We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented student assistant to support our Office Management team. In this role, you’ll assist with the day-to-day organization of our office, help maintain and manage databases, prepare meetings and events, and support various administrative tasks. Occasionally, you may also be involved in small maintenance projects to keep our workspace running smoothly.

Who we’re looking for

We’re seeking someone with a structured and independent working style, strong organizational skills, and a collaborative mindset. You should be comfortable using MS Office tools like Word, Excel, and Outlook. Strong communication skills and a friendly demeanor are essential, as you’ll be working closely with the entire team in a dynamic startup environment.
