As part of our development team, you will play a key role in bringing the best possible versions of LOVR™ and MATTR™ to life. Your responsibilities include material development according to aesthetic and functional customer requirements in close collaboration with business development, coordination of research and development work, designing and evaluating experiments, scientific research, and maintaining contact with suppliers, experts, and consultants.

You have an excellent understanding of polymer chemistry. You are ambitious, a team player, and take initiative. Communication and structured work are your strengths. Hands-on mentality: you have no hesitation in getting your hands dirty in the lab. Extensive professional experience is NOT required. Sustainability and climate protection motivate you.

Quickly take on responsibility, flat hierarchies in a small, agile team, and trust and collaboration at eye level.
