We are a global leader in circular material innovation, developing LOVR™ and MATTR™, two plant-based leather alternatives.
Founded in 2021 after six years of research, our team currently consists of 14 members.
We collaborate with international partners in the automotive, furniture, and footwear industries to maximize our material's global impact.
As a member of our development team, you will help bring the best versions of LOVR™ and MATTR™ to life.
Your tasks include creative problem-solving, planning and executing test series, operating lab equipment, analyzing results, and documentation.
You excel in structured work and communication.
You’re passionate about sustainability, climate protection, and the shift to a regenerative economy.
Your background could be in fields like chemistry or materials science.
Flat hierarchies within a small, agile team.
